The Viennese coffee house is a legendary institution - and next to the Italian bar the second place of Central European coffee culture. With the subtle difference that Vienna cultivates a wide variety of preparation methods.

From the fifties onward, the espresso machine with a sieve holder became established in the coffee house. The tendency towards milder coffee has remained. It is perfectly suited for the screen carrier machine as an espresso, but cappuccino or latte macchiato can also be enjoyed with the Andraschko Viennese coffee house blend.

Exquisite espresso blend consisting of eight Arabica varieties. The Arabica varieties are individually refined in the Probat drum roaster and only after roasting and cooling are mixed to a Viennese coffee house blend.

Roasting: medium-dark roast

Cupping Notes: concentrated, powerful, lots of substance and structure

Preparation: Espresso machine 18g sieve 92°-94,5°, Moka pot
