TRE FORZE! - Caffè Cultura Sicilia

The sun symbol of Trinacria belongs to Sicily since ancient times. On the beautiful and fertile island, the sun god Helios already grazed his flocks.

The 3 legs running around the winged girl's head are the symbol of power, energy and life. Three forces, in other words - TRE FORZE!

Even though the TRE FORZE! roasting plant is comparatively young, it is based on the age-old tradition of coffee roasting, as it was in Sicily since the end of the 19th century and is again thanks to Tre Forze!

The green coffee beans are roasted over an open wood fire. Only sawn wood from the local olive trees is used for this purpose. Incidentally, this is wood that is produced anyway due to the necessary tree care.

Tre Forze! has made it its business to develop and optimize this method. Since 2001, you can now enjoy this excellent and extraordinary espresso. In addition to the exclusive roasting method, the selection of the green coffee beans is of course also decisive. TreForze! selects high-quality Arabica beans with an addition of noble robust beans for its blend from the best growing regions in the world.

 

Roasted in small drums over olive wood

The espresso beans are roasted very slowly at low temperature in small drums over olive wood. The result is an espresso rich in aromatic oils that runs almost thickly into the cup. The crema is as it should be. Fine and of dense consistency.

TreFroze! contains less caffeine, tannins and bitterness than many other espresso varieties.

Incompatible acids are converted into compatible ones during the roasting process.

Gentle on the stomach is guaranteed and so you can drink a cup more sometimes.
