Authentic Sicilian espresso is born where fire, earth, and passion come together: at the foot of mighty Mount Etna. In this unique setting, Don Giovanni Raciti founded the family-run roastery ionia Caffè in 1960, with the vision of capturing the essence of Sicily in every cup.

To this day, ionia stands for artisanal tradition, experience, and uncompromising quality. Carefully selected Arabica and Robusta beans from renowned growing regions are blended into distinctive compositions. The result is espresso blends with a strong body, dense crema, and a balanced aromatic profile – intense, smooth, and infused with Mediterranean warmth.
