Dacatè Srl. is an Italian company specialized in roasted coffee. In 2015 it was ISO 9001 certified for the first time. Dacatè is always in search of green coffee of the highest quality. Their path leads them to the best coffee plantations worldwide in Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, Kenya and Jamaica. There, farmers can provide them with high-quality beans.
The production process at Dacatè has remained traditional. The imported raw beans are washed and then gently refined in a drum roaster. The roasting is done by variety or separately. This is important because each type of bean has different requirements and needs its own temperature and time to develop its full aromas. Only through the high demands of the roasting masters can the customer always be guaranteed the same result. Since 2017, Dacatè also carries the certificate for organic, halal and kosher roasted coffee.
