CAFFÈ CREMA Maria Sole
250g bag of whole beans
More than 100 years of roasting tradition have created a high standard for every step of the process at Maria Sole. From the sourcing of the green beans to the packaging, each step is subject to strict quality control. The unique wood-fired roasting gives this coffee a very special taste, characteristics that an industrial coffee cannot have.
Ancient knowledge, sophisticated craftsmanship and a careful selection of the best Arabica beans and a small amount of Robusta create a perfectly harmonious coffee.
The beans used come from small coffee growers in the best growing regions. They are traditionally roasted individually for each variety in a drum roaster in Sicily. The long roasting time of 15 to 25 minutes gives this coffee a unique smoothness and creaminess. It has a hazelnut-brown crema, a pleasant fruitiness and a slightly nutty-chocolate aroma. Round in the mouth and slightly sparkling on the tongue.
Maria Sole's CAFFÈ CREMA is an elegant and wonderfully smooth coffee. Aromas of roasted nuts and a sweet chocolate cream complete the pleasure. Remarkable aftertaste that lingers in the mouth.
ESPRESSO Maria Sole
250g bag of whole beans
The Maria Sole team is guided every day by its 100-year roasting tradition and its commitment to its ancestors. Roasting over a wood fire gives Maria Sole coffee, as well as its distinctive taste, other individual characteristics that an industrially-produced coffee cannot have.
The long roasting time of 30 minutes makes this coffee so light. It has a hazelnut-coloured streaky crema, pleasant acidity and a light aroma of hazelnut and chocolate. Round in the mouth and slightly pearly on the tongue. Delicate, tasty finish.
Maria Sole "Linea Verde" organic espresso
250g espresso beans in a stylish tin
Nothing is as comforting as knowing that a food is pollutant-free. In addition to physical well-being, everyone should have a personal and ethical duty to ensure that the product they consume was produced under conditions that do not harm the environment or other people.
The German and European organic seals serve as proof of both. MariaSole has decided to take part in this certification process and is therefore a certified, 100% organic espresso coffee that is roasted with firewood. The cultivation and processing of the beans are subject to the strictest controls, which allow this exceptional product to bear the European organic seal in addition to the national organic seals.
For roasting over a wood fire, only the sawn timber that accrues annually is used, so the natural raw material is preserved. The low roasting temperature enables a particularly long roasting time of up to approx. 30 minutes, which makes MariaSole Linea Verde mild, gentle and extra light. With MariaSole Linea Verde you are choosing an espresso coffee with special properties.
