Quarta Caffè Espresso Famiglia Stuoia 500g

Espresso coffee, whole bean

Mixing ratio: 40% Arabica beans / 60% Robusta beans

Only carefully selected Arabica and Robusta coffees are considered for Quarta Coffee Stuoia. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, type by type, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees Celsius, before they are blended to form a balanced blend.

The long, slow roasting ensures that the acids contained in the raw beans are almost completely decimated. The oily, silky shine on the beans proves this, as the coffee oil contained in the beans rises to the surface. With the Quarta Famiglia Stuoia you get a very full-bodied espresso coffee, accompanied by caramel-like, liquorice-like flavour notes. The high Robusta content also ensures excellent cream formation.

You can use Quarta Caffè Stuoia Famiglia as an espresso or as the basis for all variations of milk coffee.
