The Oro blend by Mokaflor from Florence is the flagship of the company. It impresses with a balanced, harmonious blend of exquisite Arabica (80%) and savoury Robusta beans. A delight with first-class crema. Also perfectly suitable for fully automatic coffee machines.

The individual raw coffee beans are roasted separately, so that each type of bean is roasted to its own perfect roasting point. To do so, Mokaflor employs a roasting machine with a rotary drum in which the coffee is slowly and gently heated.

The result is a coffee with a savoury and full flavour which is especially gentle thanks to the slow roasting process.

Percentages of coffee blends used: 80 % Arabica, 20% Robusta beans

Assessment: medium-strong coffee, nice crema, low caffeine content
