At Kaffee Mocambo, a strict, careful selection of raw materials guarantees the most valuable coffees available on the market, which make up the special Mocambo aroma. Without compromise, Mocambo places the utmost importance on the best quality green coffee beans, focusing on the absolute essentials. The beans are roasted slowly and with the utmost care in the rotary drum (between 12 and 15 minutes).
