With the Mauro Premium, the southern Italians at the Mauro roasting plant are proving that they can also approach the taste of northern Italian coffee drinkers. The typical powerful aromas that we know from Mauro coffee are still to be found here, but they are now integrated into a more elegant, velvety overall structure that almost perfectly unites the best of both worlds.

Coffee Mauro swears by the traditional slow roasting of the beans at low temperatures. Each bean is gently roasted for at least 15 minutes so that the special aroma of the blends can fully unfold.
