With the Delicato of Filicori the name says it all - an extremely delicate espresso is hidden behind this chic metal box. Inside is the actual coffee in a vacuum pack. This way the ground espresso stays fresh much longer and retains its aromas. The finest and rarest Arabica and Robusta beans from South America and India are processed for this coffee. A special feature is that each type of bean receives its own special treatment and roasting time. This guarantees the highest quality for the later end product. After each bean variety has been washed separately and gently roasted, they are blended in Filicori Zecchini's secret mixing ratio for the delicato and finally finely ground. This certified quality coffee has a fully rounded taste with a full body and notes of vanilla, chocolate and even roasted cereals. Definitely worth a temptation.
