Di Giampaolo Maestrale

Maestrale Espresso is named after the strong “Mistral” wind from the Rhône Valley and inspired by the Italian word maestrale, meaning “masterful”. This espresso truly lives up to its name.

Only the finest master roasters create this blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans. The result is a medium-bodied espresso with noticeable chocolate notes, rounded off by hints of citrus and nougat.

The Ugandan Robusta beans create an impressive crema, making this coffee ideal for espresso and cappuccino. Its masterful taste and authentic Italian quality earned Maestrale official certification as an Espresso Italiano.

Alunni Caffè Ricetta Luigina – Tin

Luigina has the power to bring the whole world into your cup.
The origins of the eight selected varieties in this blend include Brazil, Kenya, Nepal, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Santo Domingo. The Robusta beans come from India (India Kaapi Royale) and Cuba. The flavorful Kaapi Royale beans are grown in the Baba Budan mountains in western India, where the nutrient-rich soil and high altitude produce exceptional raw coffee.

In the cup, these beans transform into a highly aromatic espresso with a rich, dark brown crema.

Ricetta Luigina is a true Italian bar-style espresso.
