Alunni Caffe Luigina

Mixing ratio: 80% Arabica / 20% Robusta

With this espresso blend, Alessia Alunni honors her mother Luigina and makes her the namesake of this special coffee.

The Luigina conjures up the whole world in your cup. Because a total of eight exquisite varieties from all over the world are combined in this blend. Arabica's countries of origin include Kenya, Brazil, Peru, Nepal, Santa Domingo and Puerto Rico. The robust beans come from India (India Kaapi Royale and Cuba. Thanks to the aromatic Kaapi Royale, which are grown in the nutrient-rich mountains of Baba Budan, the Luigina is so incomparably creamy and has a fine, almost creamy crema.

The Luigina from Alunni Caffé is in perfect harmony with milk. It caresses the palate despite its impressive taste profile. Aromas of roasted nuts, freshly baked bread and toast unfold. These aromas are refined with notes of stone fruit and flowers, which also come into their own in an espresso. Thanks to the particularly gentle, separate long-term roasting, the acids in the Luigina have been reduced to a minimum.

The Alunni Luigina has already been awarded three gold medals (2019, 2020 and 2021) for its outstanding taste and best quality.

Arditi Coffee Espresso Arabica

A classic Italian espresso coffee - aromatic, intense and 100% Arabica.
With the Espresso Arabica, Arditi Caffè shows once again that you don't need Robusta coffee to create a blend with a perfect aroma and intense taste.

Arditi's master roasters roast the Espresso Arabica only with the finest green coffees from Brasil Santos, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama and Peru. The individual coffees are roasted strictly separately and particularly gently and for a long time. In this way, every requirement of the varieties is guaranteed to be met and the acidity contained is reduced until it is hardly noticeable.

This mixture from the heart of Rome is aromatic with notes of dark chocolate and sweet spices. Accompanied by fruity, flowery nuances reminiscent of hibiscus, a pleasantly intense taste is created. A coffee that is often served in espresso bars in Rome.

Golden Brazil Black

The Golden Brasil Black is a unique espresso coffee, composed of the best green coffees from the most renowned growing regions in the world. Its Arabica beans come from family-run plantations in Brazil and Central America, while its Robusta beans come from India and Uganda.

Unmistakably full-bodied and classically intense - with the Golden Black, the roasting masters at Golden Brasil create an espresso coffee that impresses with a wide range of aromas and flavors and is of the highest quality.

On the palate, the Golden Brasil Black is characterized by four captivating and classically powerful aromas. In addition to chocolate notes, there are also floral and fruity notes, which are accompanied by a hint of bitter almonds.

Due to a strictly separate long-term roasting of the green coffees, this blend contains hardly any acid and is also in the lower half with its caffeine content. This makes it perfectly enjoyable at any time of the day.
