Returning items
For a return, the items must be undamaged and clean so that they can be put back on sale.
Please ensure that the original packaging or any instruction manual is also returned.
Don't like an opened product?
In this case, please contact our customer service in advance so that we can find a solution together.
The following also applies to coffee complaints:
In order for us to carry out a quality check, the beans must be stored in their original bag and contain at least 70% of the original quantity.
If the product has already been disposed of, it is not possible to inspect it and we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
