The varieties are roasted separately to a relatively dark roast before being carefully blended. The result is an intense flavour with a thick, nutty crema.
The aroma of Speciale Dolce is very balanced, with notes of dark chocolate and roasted almonds.

Thanks to its low oil content, Speciale Dolce is also ideal for use in automatic machines.
