MOKAMO ist eine Rösterei aus Trento in Trentino-Südtirol. Gründer Merlin Oddene kreierte auf Basis eines alten Hausrezeptes 1987 die erste Sorte - den Brao Caffè. Später kam der 100 % Arabica Espresso von Mrs. Rose und eroberte den Kaffeemarkt. Letzter Neuzugang im Kaffee-Sortiment sind die Sorten Mokamo Dolce und Mokamo Forte. Süß und mild oder würzig und charaktervoll. Beide Espresso Kaffees haben eine deutliche Ausprägung und sind sowohl für Siebträger als auch im Vollautomaten eine Wucht.

mokaMO - Brao and Mrs.Rose
MOKAMO s.r.l. is a roasting company from Trento in Trentino-South Tyrol. The founder of the company was Merlin Oddene in the 60s. He created the first variety based on an old house recipe in 1987 - the Brao Caffe! Already 1 year later, the ever increasing demand for quality was taken into account and the 100% Arabica Espresso of Mrs. Rose conquered the coffee market.
Traditional roastery in Treviso
The company benefited in particular from the help of a very old traditional roastery in Treviso. In order to guarantee its customers even greater safety and quality, Mokamo joined the "Quality Italian Espresso" label awarded by a coffee laboratory in Trieste at an early stage.
The latest additions to the company's range are the MOKAMO dolce and MOKAMO forte varieties. After this latest creation and the transformation from a partnership to a limited company, the name has also changed from "Brao Caffe - Centro Caffe Trento s.a.s" to "Mokamo s.r.l.".
