The Gran Crema Blend owes its incomparable taste to the more than 100 years of roasting experience of the traditional roasting company Marziali Caffè from Rome. All varieties are roasted separately. In this way, the individual requirements of the individual green coffees can be perfectly met and they develop their full flavor potential.

Arabicas from Brazil (Santos Cerrado Dulce - Natural) and India (Cherry - Natural) form the framework with their full flavor and Robusta beans from India (Moonsooned - Natural), Cameroon (washed) and Congo (HTM - washed) ensure a good, stable crema and a full body.

The Gran Crema beans are roasted medium dark. Due to the extremely low level of acidity, the Gran Crema is perfect as an espresso in the morning or for in between. Acids don't stand a chance here.
