The 500g bag has no valve, so there are three small holes on the back to allow the coffee to outgas.

Indeed, the coffee roasting company was founded in 1919 in Bologna Italy by two friends, Aldo Filicori and Luigi Zecchini. Today, the company is still owned by the families and is now run by the third generation. And to this day, Filicori has remained true and faithful to its long tradition. Only first-class beans are refined and processed according to the traditional, typically Italian roasting method. This means that the beans are roasted separately by variety, gently and slowly in the rotating drum, and then air-cooled.

The beans for the Kavè Blend from Filicori Zecchini are roasted medium-dark and exude a chocolaty and strong aroma. The taste has exactly these notes - chocolate and hazelnut combined with a full body. 

The proportion of 10% robusta beans gives the espresso a rich cream, which crowns the espresso with a velvety touch.

The decaffeinated Espresso Kavè blend from Filicori Zecchini is the perfect alternative for all those who cannot resist the pleasure of a good coffee even in the evening.

Thanks to its outstanding quality, Kavè Decaf Filicori Zecchini has been certified Espresso Italiano by the INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The institute protects and promotes genuine espresso since 1998.
