5 different varieties of green beans are used in this Rosso Optimum blend. All green/raw varieties are individually roasted at Dersut. Only then do the beans get to know each other and are combined in the bag.

A rich, low acid coffee with an excellent crema and a high caffeine content. The taste is chocolatey and full-bodied. Powerful, intense, but with little bitterness. The final taste is persistent, long and cocoa-like with a slight perception of sweet pastry. The cream is thick and nutty, making the Rosso ideal for espresso.
