Carroux Caffee Crema Organic
Carroux Caffee Crema Organic is a carefully composed 100% Arabica bean blend from certified organic cultivation, sourced from selected coffee farmers in Brazil and Ethiopia. Gently roasted in small batches at low temperatures to a medium roast, this coffee develops a particularly balanced and harmonious flavor profile.
The blend was specifically developed for extended coffee preparations, also known as Caffè Crème or Schümli, and is ideal for large, mild coffees with or without milk. It combines the familiar character of the classic Carroux Crema with the added quality of certified organic beans, offering a well-rounded everyday taste experience.
Originally designed for use in fully automatic coffee machines, Carroux Caffee Crema Organic also performs excellently in a portafilter machine as well as in a Bialetti. The result is an aromatic, mild coffee with a fine structure and a pleasantly gentle, well-balanced acidity, distinguished by its easy-drinking character and consistently high quality.
