The moment you open the Acoma package, it becomes clear that you are dealing with an exceptionally powerful blend. An intense aroma of dark chocolate rises to the nose, accompanied by a warm, deep note reminiscent of freshly toasted bread. The beans present a uniform, dark, glossy appearance—typical of a carefully executed dark roast that reveals its full strength only in the cup.
Acoma combines three selected varieties: two robust, powerful Robusta types and one Arabica variety. With only 5% Arabica, this blend clearly places its emphasis on Robusta dominance. This gives it impressive fullness, dense structure, and pronounced intensity. Even the firmly adhering, dark hazelnut-colored crema hints at the strength packed into this espresso.
In the cup, Acoma shows no compromise: bold, earthy, chocolatey. An espresso with character and depth.
