Moka Efti places great emphasis on developing a range of blends tailored to different flavor profiles. The Verde blend contains a slightly higher proportion of Robusta beans, making it an excellent choice for coffee lovers who appreciate a bold, full-bodied cup with plenty of character.
The Robusta beans give the blend more body, a richer crema, and a distinctive spicy note. They contribute earthy, woody, and subtly smoky aromas that blend harmoniously with the fruity notes of the Arabica beans. At the same time, the carefully balanced composition ensures a smooth and well-rounded flavor profile.
Despite its robust character, Verde remains a particularly low-acid coffee with an outstanding aroma. Its creamy, nutty flavor and generous crema make it the perfect base for classic coffee specialties such as cappuccino and latte macchiato.
