The Moka Efti "Lungo" ESE set for all lovers of long coffee. For a long time the ESE Pods were only suitable for espresso preparation, now it is also possible to enjoy a "coffee lungo" in a high pressure process. The extended espresso variant is achieved by means of a coarser bean grinding process. This guarantees a full aroma and thus no release of bitter substances through the longer brewing process.

The 100% Arabica ESE Espresso Pod from Moka Efti consists, as the name suggests, of 100% finest Arabica beans. These are gently roasted in a drum roaster at 200-220°C in order to develop a particularly mild aroma and to achieve a low acid content.

The portions (Cialde / Servings / Pods) meet the Easy Serving Espresso standard and can be used in every E.S.E. espresso machine and in many sieve trays with an appropriate adapter sieve. They should, however, be prepared as so-called 'lungo' and not as a short espresso.

The pods are vacuum-packed in individual sachets to protect the aroma, correctly pressed in perfect dosage for an espresso according to the best Italian tradition.
