A real Italian! But ORGANIC and almost without any caffeine. Its typical flavor is full of nuances and based on an excellent selection of Arabica beans. They are grown on organic coffee plantations in the highlands of Guatemala and Nicaragua and are hand-picked when fully ripe only. Long roasting periods at low temperatures protect the aroma and extract the optimum from each variety. Enjoy this gentle and mild espresso.
