La Genovese Caffè was founded in 1936 and has been family-owned ever since. The name has its origin in the nearby capital Genova. Today, the roastery is represented in almost all European countries, has received various awards for its espresso coffee and has been certified by INEI since 2008.
La Genovese Espresso Royal is a creation of six different varieties of Arabica beans and Robusta beans from Brazil, El Salvador, India, and Ethiopia. The beans are roasted separately, gently and slowly in the rotary drum and then cooled in the air. In the aroma with intensity nuances of very dark chocolate and cocoa. With a dense and thick crema to fall in love with.

The coffee roasting company Essse Caffè was founded in 1979 in Bologna by the Segafredo family. Today the company is still owned by the Segafredo family. The family has remained faithful to the tradition of roasting coffee using traditional roasting methods - the beans are roasted separately, gently and slowly in the rotating drum and then cooled in the air.
The beans in this blend are dark and evenly roasted. They exude a chocolaty and intense aroma. The Masini also impresses in taste with chocolaty notes as well as with a persistent spiciness in the finish and a full body. Thanks to the robusta beans, a rich crema is formed, with a hazelnut brown colour.
You can find this espresso in many small cafés and espresso bars in the Emillia-Romagna region - especially in the metropolis of Bologna. Furthermore, Essse Caffè can also be found everywhere else in Italy. Essse Caffè is one of the biggest coffee roasters that are represented in the Italian gastronomy.

The Filicori Zecchini Kavè is one of the richest blends of the house. The strongly roasted beans give the Kavè a full-bodied taste with the finest notes of milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut. The slightly sweet roast is not particularly tart but has a long-lasting aftertaste reminiscent of milk cream.
In order to be able to supply a product with the same quality and taste all year round, Filicori Zecchini has been sourcing its special beans from the same coffee farmers for several decades. Moreover, each variety in the blend receives its own specific care and roasting duration.
With the right craftsmanship, a true masterpiece is created. This espresso deserves the demanding certificate of the "Italian Espresso National Institute".
In 2014, Espresso Kavè was awarded the gold medal at the international coffee tasting by the Institute of coffee tasting.
