The colours of the famous AVIO mix are reminiscent of the uniforms of the Galatina airport staff. They still drink their beloved AVIO espresso in the Aeroportos café.

The coffee beans are roasted in a so-called separation process in which each type of bean is roasted according to its ideal roasting point. Quarta Caffè uses a traditional roasting machine with a rotating drum for this purpose, in which the coffee is roasted slowly and gently.

The crema shows itself just the way you like it - dense, creamy with a good consistency. The Arabica beans give a fine and elegant aroma.
