A combination of the finest Sicilian ingredients: Timilia (or Tumminia) flour, orange peel and manna. The result is these wonderful biscuits.

Organic wholemeal timilia flour, cane sugar, free-range eggs, orange peel, manna and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil: only authentic, natural ingredients have been selected to create this top-quality product dedicated to the region of Sicily.

Manna is a sweet extract from the wood of the Manna ash tree. Like maple syrup, the sap from the tree is taken directly from the trunk and then used for cooking and refining.

Type 1 Sicilian wheat flour, cane sugar, durum wheat flour (Timilia variety) 16.3%, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 11%, butter, extra virgin olive oil 6%, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) 3%, potato starch, fresh whole milk, manna flakes 1.5%, manna solution (water, natural manna 30%) 1%, raising agent : Sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, flavourings, cinnamon, salt, vanilla.
