For once, all the experts agree: this coffee is undoubtedly one of the best espressos. Germany's top gastronomy has long been supplied with Carroux coffee. This blend was specially developed by Mr Carroux for automatic machines. The beans and roasting process are designed to extract a "long" coffee, also known as Café Crème or Schümli.

Characteristics: light, spicy aroma, good crema formation, medium caffeine content.
