This blend from Caffe New York is perfect for fully automatic espresso machines such as Jura or Saeco. The very mild and low-acid mixture is ideal for a Caffe Creme or Schümli. Thus naturally irritation-poor and stomach-sparing. Even after 15 minutes, the crema is still stable on the coffee. But by then you have already drunk this delicacy.
