MilleSoli is a Sicilian family company of tradition and expertise. For more than 100 years, they have been improving the best roasting techniques, including the patented TRIROAST process: the green beans are roasted in three separate stages. This process allows the beans to be roasted in open bags over a low temperature fire for a longer period of time. Thanks to this particularly slow roasting process, MilleSoli coffees contain significantly less tannin and bitterness, as well as a reduced caffeine content. They are therefore very light.

The three-stage roasting process, always under the expert eye of an experienced master roaster, results in a pleasant coffee with less caffeine, tannins and bitter substances. MilleSoli Espresso is perfectly suited for cappuccino and latte macchiato.

MilleSoli Organic has a full body with a lively and intense aroma. There is a fruity note of dark berries and a little caramel. Chocolate and hazelnut notes, remarkable background.

This Mille Soli blend wakes up the spirits in the morning. With a Robusta bean content of 40%, the caffeine content is impressive. And what more could you want after getting up? Try this powerful blend with milk in your cappuccino or latte macchiato.

Ideally, it should be prepared in a coffee machine. This is because the Crema blend has been specially created for use in automatic coffee machines. As the name suggests, the result is a beautifully creamy coffee, also known as Schümli.
