At Espresso International, you have a right of cancellation and return extended to 30 days.
The condition is that the items are not damaged or soiled so that they can be put back on sale. Please make sure that the original packaging or the instructions for use (if applicable) are also being returned.
The easiest way to return a product is to use the form below. You will then be redirected to the DHL website and will automatically receive a pre-paid returns label by e-mail. Print this label and stick it on your parcel. You can then drop this packet free of charge at any post office or DHL service point.
