The coffee beans are roasted in a so-called separation process, in which each type of bean is roasted according to its ideal roasting point. Quarta Caffè uses a traditional roasting machine with a rotary drum for this purpose, in which the coffee is roasted slowly and gently.

The crema is the way you love it - dense, creamy and of good consistency. The Arabica beans lend a fine and elegant aroma.
