In the production of the caffeine-free coffee, Nannini uses only the elaborate and very expensive extraction process using water vapor, which removes the caffeine in a particularly gentle manner from the raw coffee. Any chemical solvents, which are often used in mass production, are taboo in the house of Nannini. As a result, the "Decaffeinato" presents itself soft and velvety with full taste and hints of chocolate.

Rating: very mild coffee, good crem formation, no caffeine
