100% Arabica 6 different varieties of Coffea Arabica (South America, Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Kenya) are roasted separately with exceptional care and a careful method. This particular mixture of Arabica beans (except the bean from Brazil, all other varieties are washed) remains for several hours in the water bath and is then dried by the sun. The above process serves to emphasize the mild and soft aromanotes (spice, body, fullness) as well as the pleasant acid, typical of Arabicas.
