"In a drawer we found an old recipe from the 1950s for a blend of 100% pure Arabica coffee that belonged to our father. It's wonderfully balanced in terms of body, aroma, acidity and smoothness and is made from the best varieties. We'd like to introduce you to this coffee."

This coffee is roasted using the so-called separation process, in which each type of bean is roasted to its ideal roasting point. To do this, Mokaflor uses a rotating drum roasting machine, in which the coffee is heated slowly and gently. This gives the coffee a spicy, full-bodied flavour and makes it particularly light thanks to the gentle roasting process.
