Like almost all Mauro coffees, the Classico has a strong, full-bodied aroma. What makes the tradition of the Mauro brand can be found in this variety. A full 70% Robusta beans from Asia and 30% Arabica beans from South America make this espresso so distinctive.

In particular, the slow roasting process, which takes place over a long period of time (15 - 18 minutes), gradually causes the water contained in the green coffee to evaporate without causing the harmful pop corn effect. The sugar content can caramelize without burning and the aromatic properties of the coffee, which are dependent on the essential oils, are not impaired but enhanced.

The result is an aromatic, full-bodied coffee with balanced taste characteristics. Only a coffee of this kind can meet the demands of the Mauro brand.
