High-quality material, excellent quality and precise functionality. The original Zassenhaus grinding mechanism in this coffee grinder is made from robust special steel and is extremely durable thanks to its special handle. By turning the knurled screw slightly, you can infinitely adjust the degree of grind you require, from filter coffee to fine espresso to mocha. The coffee beans are gently ground. This preserves all the aromatic substances, because only freshly ground coffee is a real pleasure to drink.

The grinding mechanism comes with a 25-year guarantee.

The wood is FSC-certified red beech. Zassenhaus only uses this wood, which helps to protect the climate.

Maintenance: the mill should be cleaned once a year. Over time, the oil contained in each coffee bean accumulates in the grinder. For a quick clean, we recommend briefly grinding a few grains of uncooked rice. This dissolves the coffee oil residue in the grinding mechanism and is also the most environmentally friendly option.
