A compact, dark brown crema catches the attention. The aroma is intense and fascinates with notes of roasted dried fruit and fresh wood. The taste is slightly floral with a full body that reminds of essential oils. The finish takes on notes of dark chocolate, typical of a real espresso.

Lollo Caffè Perlage 1000g bean

50% Arabica beans / 50% Robusta beans

In the Perlage Blend from Lollo Caffè, the proportion of high-quality washed robusta beans is 50%. The beans come from India and Uganda. The Arabica beans come from Brazil.

The result is a typical Neapolitan dark roast with a mild citrus note, which rounds off the taste experience. Fine, elegant aromas and fruity notes are harmonious. Very balanced.
