Its shape is optimised to perfectly enhance all the aromatic and taste characteristics of espresso coffee.

Thanks to its unique technology and precision manufacturing, the Pulcina coffee maker stops the flow of coffee at the ideal moment. This prevents the coffee from vulcanising - i.e. becoming too hot and developing unpleasant bitterness. Only the best part of the coffee actually reaches the cup.

In addition, the Pulcina is distinguished by its unique design. "Pulcina" means "chick" in Italian - the shape and spout of the coffee maker are therefore reminiscent of a small chick. With its block or brick design, the coffee maker is a timeless eye-catcher in any kitchen.
