Perfectly pressed for an espresso according to the best Italian tradition. The Gran Crema blend of the traditional house Mokaflor from Florence is distinguished by a strong, powerful character. It elegantly combines the full body of coffee beans from Brazil and the Caribbean with the fine mildness of the coffees of Central America and the rich crema of selected robustas from India and Indonesia. The coffee is roasted in a so-called separation process, in which each bean type is fired taking into consideration its ideal roasting point. For this, Mokaflor uses a roasting machine with a rotary drum in which the coffee is heated slowly and gently.

As a result, the espresso coffee is spicy and full-bodied, and thanks to its gentle roasting it is particularly digestible.

Proportion of used coffee varieties: 60% Arabica, 40% Robusta beans
