By submitting the form for notification, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. The processing is carried out with

your consent on the basis of article 6 (1) of the GDPR. You can revoke the consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until your revocation. Return form

By using the return form, we collect your personal data. (customer number, order number, name, email address and comment text) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of

the return processing and in case of doupt, to contact the customer. By sending your return message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. 

The processing is carried out with your consent on the basis of article 6 (1) of the GDPR. You can revoke the consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until your revocation. We use your e-mail address only to process your request and to provide you with the return note. Your data will then be deleted, if you have not agreed to further processing and use.  

Customer account & orders

When you open a customer account, we will collect your personal data in the scope given there. The data processing is for the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. The processing will be carried out on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. Your customer account will then be deleted.

Collection, processing, and forwarding of personal data in orders 

When you submit an order, we only collect and use your personal data where this is necessary for the fulfilment and handling of your requests. The provision of data is necessary for conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide it will prevent the conclusion of any contract. The processing will occur on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is required for the fulfilment of a contract with you.
A transfer of your data takes place, for example, to the shipping companies and dropshipping providers selected by you, payment service providers, service providers for order processing and IT service providers. In all cases, we strictly observe the legal requirements. The scope of the data transfer is limited to a minimum.

Credit check

Data collection and processing as part of a credit check 

When paying in advance, e.g. by invoice or direct debit, we reserve the right to obtain a credit report on the basis of mathematical and statistical processes using
Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss. For this purpose we will transmit the personal data required for a credit assessment to the above company and use the information received on the statistical likelihood of a payment default for a balanced decision on the justification, execution or termination of the contractual relationship. The credit check can include probability values (score values) which are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematical and statistical procedures, taking address information among other things into account. Your interests worthy of protection will be taken into account in accordance with legal requirements. The data processing is for the purpose of credit checking for initiation of contract. Processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR due to our justified interest in protection from payment default when paying in advance. You have the right to veto this processing of your personal data according to art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR by contacting us, for reasons relating to your personal situation. The provision of data is required for conclusion of contract with your desired payment method. Failure to provide it will mean that the contract cannot be concluded with your desired payment method.

Use of your personal data for sending postal advertisements

We use your personal data (name, address), which we have received in the context of the sale of a product or service, to send you postal advertising, unless you have objected to this use. eKomi Feedback

We use technology from eKomi Ltd., Zimmerstraße 11, 10969 Berlin ("eKomi"), for the purposes of allowing customers to evaluate providers and products and for our own quality management. That is why we have integrated eKomi’s evaluation software on this website. Through this evaluation software, once we have performed our service, you can make an anonymous evaluation of the experience you have had with Espresso International or about the delivered products. After delivery of your order you will receive 10 days later (has to be adjusted depending on the store) an email from eKomi with the request to submit a rating, with which we will send you a link to the appropriate rating mask.

The rating is purely voluntary. You are free to ignore the rating request. However, by submitting a rating, you would help Espresso International to further improve our services - for your benefit and the benefit of other customers. We do not transmit any personal data to eKomi, only an anonymous order ID.
