Outside of Italy the family Nannini is well-known for Gianna Nannini, the famous rock singer. Her brother Alessandro Nannini in turn produces an absolute premium coffee.
Finest Arabica and Robusta beans meticulously selected from around the world are roasted gently, each one separately, and blended only after roasting. This way, each variety is roasted evenly and to the perfect shade to highlight its unique contribution to the blend.
The result is a very smooth and well balanced coffee, with medium to full body, soft acidity and an excellent flavour. Long lasting aftertaste with hints of cocoa and bitter chocolate.
Decaffeinated coffee is coffee that has been processed prior to roasting to remove 96-98% of the caffeine in the beans.
Assessment: very mild coffee, beautiful crema, no caffeine content
