With the De LUXE - beans Mauro takes the Arabica quota of its coffees up another notch. But fear not: the typical powerful Mauro character is not lost. The caffeine content is relatively high here as well, the rough edges beneath its elegant surface shimmer through in every sip and the wonderfully full flavour is accompanied by a discreet but thoroughly noticeable spicy undertone. An allrounder for (almost) every taste!
Caffè Mauro swears on a traditional slow roasting process. Every bean is gently roasted for at least 15 minutes at low temperatures so the special flavour of the blend can fully develop.
Used coffee types: 80% Arabica + 20% Robusta beans
Assessment: strong coffee, good crema, above average caffeine content
