A powerful coffee from Calabria with all the attributes typical of Southern italian coffee: straightforward, intensive and full-bodied. As opposed to some "sleek" North Italian blends Mauro BAR is jugded by many of our clients as "the real stuff". A bold, well-rounded coffee with a deep rich flavor and aroma. Fantastic as cappuccino: sweet, rich, with a lingering chocolate palate!
Coffee Mauro swears on a traditional slow roasting process. Every bean is gently roasted for at least 15 minutes at low temperatures so the special flavour of the blend can fully develop.
Assessment: very strong coffee, perfect crema, caffeine content above average
