Academia is an extremely mild espresso which, despite its full flavour, is very gentle on the stomach.

Only the finest Arabica beans from Central and South America are selected for Academia. The unmistakable flavour of Hausbrandt coffee is owed to the traditional roasting process using a slow rotating drum roaster that allows to bring out a coffee's truest flavour characteristics.

For this outstanding espresso Hausbrandt has been awarded the gold medal of the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani.

 A very smooth coffee low in acidity and caffeine with an intensive, full taste, a beautiful crema and an arresting floral aftertaste .
