Our FAQ may help you to navigate your way around our shop. If you should have further question please don't hesitate to contact us at info@espresso-international.com.


How do I place my first order?

To buy a product from our online shop browse the shop until you find the product you are looking for and click the "Order now" button to put the product in your online shopping cart. To finish your shopping and pay for the products in your cart click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button under the "Shopping Cart" summary or the "I want to order these items" button on the "Your Shopping Cart" page.

To enter your billing address please fill in the form, making sure you complete all boxes that have a "*" (required) written next to them. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You can also add a seperate delivery address.

During the order process you will see a summary of your order that shows:

  • products in your basket,
  • the individual cost of these products,
  • delivery charge,
  • and the total cost of your order.

Please enter all the payment details necessary for the debit entry. Remember to include the account number, bank code, the name of the bank institute and the name of the account holder so we can process your order. (Note: We will not debit money from your bank account until just before your ordered items are dispatched.)

If you are happy with your order, please read our "Terms and conditions" and click the checkbox to say you agree to them. Click "Place your order" to confirm your order. We will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order.

Can I use different billing and delivery addresses?

That's easy. Having entered your billing address please click the checkbox "Enter a new shipping address" and proceed in the order process. In the next form please enter a separate delivery address.

Can I order directly by sending you an e-mail?

Of course we appreciate your orders via email, too. However we'd advise you to place your order online in our shop since we can't guarantee a quick delivery of products ordered offline.

How do I register for the online shop?

Your account is created automatically for you the first time you place an order. We store your information on our secure server and ask you to provide your e-mail address. Having placed your first order you will receive an email with a password provided by us. Using this password and your email address you can access your account by clicking on the "Login" link in the "My Account" section of our shop.

You'll be able to make changes to your account information any time you like, so make sure you remember which e-mail address and password you used.

The next time you want to place an order we'll ask you to log in using the same e-mail address and password. This time it is much easier for you to place an order since we already know your address, your payment details and the items you orderded last time.

When is my shipment due to arrive?

We deliver your order to you by post or parcel service as quickly as possible; usually within 2 working days. We reserve the right to partial deliveries, though. In these cases we will pay any additional costs.

Are my personal information safe?

We use your account and personal information exclusively for processing your order. All customer information are stored and processed by us in compliance with the corresponding regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) and the German Tele-service Data Protection Law (TDDSG). You have the right to enquire anytime about your stored information and to correct, inhibit or delete them. Please contactinfo@espresso-international.de or send us your enquiry by mail or fax.

Any personal information that you may share with us (and with our business partners that assist us in fulfilling your order) is kept absolutely confidential. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold to or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login or register screen. You will be asked to enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you.

Important: emails are not secure on encrypted. You are therefore strongly advised that once you receive your password, you login and change it to protect the security of your account

I'm already a customer. How do I log in?

The next time you want to place an order we'll ask you to log in using your e-mail address and your password. You can access your account by clicking on the "Login" link in the "My Account" section of our shop. This time it is much easier for you to place an order since we already know your address, your payment details and the items you orderded last time.

Important notice: You are strongly advised that once you receive your password by email from us, you login and change it to protect the security of your account.
